Refund Policy

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

We are a private client-centered spa. Please arrive on time for your appointment. You may make a reservation by phone or at our website . Since we strive to provide personal service to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact upon us significantly. Therefore we have a strict cancellation policy. Spa Cloud require 24 hours notice of any cancellation or appointment change.

A 50% fee will be applied to your credit card if you do not give 24 hrs notice of cancellation or to change/subtract services no exceptions. If you cancel or change an appointment in less than 24 hours the following will occur:

Any promotions or specials, that were applied to that appointment will be lost and cannot be transferred.

Gift Certificates: 50% of the service amount will be deducted from your gift certificate.

50% charge for no show appointments.

CHECK IN:
Please arrive right on time for your appointment. If you are a first time client a profile will be completed prior to your service so please arrive 20 mins in advance of your session.


LATE ARRIVALS:
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and may result in a shortened treatment time.
